Tap + on the People tab to add someone, or import from Contacts. Open a card and use the section + buttons to add likes, family, notes, and more.
On the Capture tab, talk or type what you remember ("Met Tom in Munich, loves Bayern Munich, kids Anna 7 and Max 4, birthday April 12") and friendcrumbs structures it into fields. AI capture is free for everyone. It runs on your device using Apple's on-device intelligence; for a few languages those models can't handle (such as Czech and Bulgarian), or on devices without Apple Intelligence, you can opt in to cloud structuring. It stays off until you turn it on — see the privacy page for exactly what gets sent.
Open a person, tap a reminder strip (or the Reminders row in Edit) to add birthdays, name days, and anniversaries. Alerts are local and you can set how many days early you're notified.
friendcrumbs syncs through your own iCloud account automatically — sign in to the same Apple ID on another device and your people appear there, end-to-end encrypted. There's no separate account or password.
friendcrumbs Pro unlocks unlimited people and custom fields. The free plan covers up to 5 people, with AI capture and reminders included. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. To restore a purchase on a new device, open the paywall and tap Restore purchases.
Your people live in your own iCloud and we never see them. The one exception is cloud structuring, which is off unless you turn it on — the Privacy Policy spells out exactly what gets sent and what happens to it.
